Ingredients
1 kg Whole Chicken
2-3 Bay leaves
2 medium/ 1 large Onion(pyaaz) (Finely Chopped)
2 Piece Green/ Red Chilies
3-4 medium tomato (Finely Chopped)
A handful Green Coriander
Garlic and Ginger
2 Tablespoon cooking Oil
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (besar) Powder
Table Salt (According to taste)
Asafetida (Hing-optional)- 1 pinch
