◆Ingredient
・How to make hishio.
・Dry hishio ricemalt 1.1 kg.
・Soy source 1200 mℓ.
・Water 600ml.
・Kombu 30cm.
◆cooking
①Add hishio koji in preservation container.
②Add soy source.
③Add water.
④Add kombu.
⑤Stir the top from the bottom.
⑥Mix well on next day too.
⑦Wipe off the inside dirt of the container.
