Loaded garlic parmesan fries
Ingredients:
Russet potatoes
Parsley
Garlic
Green onion
Unsalted butter mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Garlic paste
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Begin by cutting potatoes into fries.
2. Soak fries in an ice bath for at least and hour.
3. Chop some parsley.
4. Chop 3 stalks of green onion.
5. Mince 3 cloves of garlic.
6. Grate the parmesan cheese.
7. Parboil fries in salted water for 3 minutes.
8. Fry bacon until crispy.
9. In a skillet melt a 1/2 stick of butter.
10. Once butter melts, add mince garlic and 3 tablespoons of garlic paste. Combine then remove from heat.
11. Fry the fries for 4 minutes or until golden and crispy.
12. In a bowl add 1 cup of mayonnaise, garlic butter, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and about a tablespoon of parsley. Combine.
13. Give bacon a rough chop.
14. Season fries to taste with salt and pepper.
15. Spread garlic sauce on fries.
16. Top with parmesan cheese, bacon, and green onion.
17. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
18. Enjoy!
