Today I will be making my favourite pastry to eat - EVER. Puff pastry, custard centre. Whats not to love. And they easier to make than you think.
INGREDIENTS:
PUFF PASTRY
290g cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
230ml water
240g unsalted butter (make sure its very soft and spreadable
Lots of extra flour for dusting
CUSTARD FILLING
40g cake flour
60ml milk (for the paste)
165ml water
240g caster sugar
1 cinnamon stick
250ml milk
