Today I am sharing with you an excellent recipe of how to pickle cherry pepper.

Ingredients for 1 jar:
1. Cherry Peper
2. Vinegar 100ml.
3. Solt 1 tbsp
4. Sugar 2 tbsp
5. Oil 3 tbsp
6. Garlic 2 cloves
7. Black pepper 10 corns
8. Pimiento 6 corns
9. Bayleaf 2 ct
10. Parsley 1/4 cup
Preparation:
1. Roast the cherry pepper without taking out the seeds
2. In a glass jar combine the vinegar, oil sugar, bayleaf, black pepper, pimento and half of the sliced garlic and half of the chopped parsley
3. Mix the marinate well
4. Add the cherry pepper to the marinade while still hot.
5. When you add half of the peper, add the rest of the parsley and garlic and continue adding the rest of the pepper. Make sure. to press gently, so all of the pepper is covered by the marinade.
6. Close the lid of the jar well and turn the jar upside down.
7. The temperature of the hot pepper will create a vacuum for the lid of the jar, so it will be closed properly
8. You can enjoy your pickled cherry pepper the next day.
