Ingredients
Okra
Palm oil
Beef Shin
Tripe
Smoked catfish
Smoked mackerel
1 medium white onion
100g spring onions
scotch bonnets
1 1/2 tbsp Natatu/Iru/ dawadawa
Salt to taste
Maggi cube to taste
1 litre of Water to make stock
