im in a anger stage, not divorced yet but separated and going to divorce, i cant even see his text messages it gives me chills, i just talk to him because we have things to figure out specially the kids, i cant wait to move on!! i cant wait to be free from all the pain he caused me, my husband damaged me so bad i still cry everytime i think about it! he doesnt even deserve my friendship!!! He will never find a woman like me, if i didnt have kids with him i would never see his face in my life! I'm reading, praying, listening all about forgiveness and of course the help Jesus is giving me and will help me go thru this and over it because i wont be caring this baggage of anger my husband caused on me! Only by Jesus blood the forgiveness is possible and i believe i will get there and will reach victory in Christ! divorce is the most devastating trauma but is making me stronger! God will never allow a pain we cant handle!

Dr Jenkins. I love you man. I'm greatful for all the lessons. This life is very special and as deeply painful a divorce may be, seeing my kids healthy and enjoying life with me being there for them is a luxtury that many on this earth don't have. It's all about perspective.

I get it. The toughest part for most men, me included, is not seeing my young daughter daily. Not seeing them makes us emotional and seeing them makes us emotional. You will get through it and taking care of your health is the most important thing in your life for both you and your daughter. It’s been eight months since you wrote this, so hope you’re feeling better now and you’re not a loser.

Same. 29 years and she takes off without a thought and starts living with the new guy the same night I got her to admit the affair. Never once asked for us to go to counseling, or that there was a problem, or allowed any hope or thought of working on things. I'm struggling, but she is out living her life without a thought about me or what we had, they even planned a trip to Hawaii which is where we went on our honeymoon (note for people, make sure to log out of all accounts during the process on your phone or you could get just such an unwanted notice of the booking confirmation!)...
