A powerful vedanta teaching and Self Inquiry. What sees and what is seen? Do not believe in the reality of the seen. Do not be interested in the seen. Acknowledge and dwell on instead, the seeing itself. Contemplate, if the seer itself can be seen?

Thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and perceptions are all objects of awareness.
What I just described to you is what we call “a person.”
There is no person HAVING thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and perceptions. The person IS just a composite, a bundle of thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and perceptions.
Just like a bouquet doesn’t HAVE a mix of flowers and leaves. A bouquet IS a bundle of flowers and leaves.
This is crucial to understand. Here’s why:
I just mentioned in the beginning of this email, that thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and perceptions are all OBJECTS in awareness.
Therefore, what we call “the person,” and what you believe yourself to be, is always the OBJECT of observation.
But here’s the thing, we all go about our daily life under the ASSUMPTION that the person is the SUBJECT doing the observation.
We say “I AM the person.”
Even when you “become spiritual” and begin to believe and say “I am awareness,” you say this with an unconscious underlying assumption of being a person.
Your reference point for what you are is always personal. Awareness is taken to be mixed with the bundle of thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and perceptions, and they are all felt as “me” and “mine.”
Naturally they begin to be felt as what I am, as my ultimate reality and truth.
And this the root of all suffering. This is the cause of all the dysfunction in your life and in the world.
Only if we were to create a certain distance between you and the thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensation, and perceptions, everything would change.
Not only will this bundle(person) stop being so dysfunctional, but we will all begin to wake up to our shared being, our shared awareness.
And this is what I wish to help you see more clearly and experience directly today.
I know today’s written message is longer than usual, and today’s video is also quite lengthy, but it is important that we take our time to dive deeply into this.
It is the only way to deconstruct and unravel the personal identity and create a distance between the seer and the seen.
Watch today’s very important video here. If you understand and practice what is mentioned, it will be the end of all mere reacting, incorrect identifications, unconscious suffering, overthinking, and dysfunctional doing.
It will be the beginning of a new life and deeper understanding.
I hope it helps you greatly.
Best wishes,
Sunny
