No bar? No problem! There are plenty of ways you can start Calisthenics inside your 4 walls - no equipment needed! This guide is specifically for beginners who want to start Calisthenics at home without having to buy anything.
There are many highly impressive Calisthenics moves were you don’t ever have to touch a bar, e.g. planche, dragon flag or handstand. Of course, additional training on bars will be only beneficial for learning these moves, but they are not a necessity. You can train them at home - whenever you feel like it.
You can also substitute equipment, e.g. a bar with a door, dumbbells with chairs or parallettes with books. All equipment you will need, you will find at home. Time to get ready for summer my friends!
