The tips include exercises particulary useful to pull up on regular bars. As well as minor changes - like your grip - which can have a huge influence on your pull up form and strength.
The pull up is actually not as hard as many people think, and obviously the heavier you are the more difficult it is. But there are some tips (not tricks) which are benefitial independed of your situation. It's definitely not easy, but with lots of practice, patience and a right technique, you can see amazing and fast results in your pull up count!
