Good simple but effective exercise plan. takes very little time but does deliver results if done regularly.

It's hard to keep my fingers straight when I touch my thumb to just below pinkie--but I can do it if I concentrate. Are straight fingers necessary for the exercise to work? All 3 videos on Carpel Tunnel Syndrome are great!

Thank you. Very helpful. My hand is feeling much better and yet my ring finger knuckle is still locking. Is there something more I can do? Appreciate your help.

Yes. And you can do them anywhere and they don't require any equipment.

Hello, if a patient has been diagnosed for carpian tunnel, and this exercises makes it worst, what would you recommend?

I feel like I probably have tendonitis in the carpal tunnel area. There is no numbness, but kind of sharp pain, like a nerve is irritated. It feels like this exercise should help. I also did ultrasound.

It sees odd for someone to advertise their product or method on our KZitem channel. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Most people actually comment on the content of our videos rather than try to divert traffic to their own page.
