Bro ന്റെ same situation ലൂടെയാണ് ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊ പോയിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് 🙂 Last oru 8 months Continues ആയിട്ട് 4.30 എഴുന്നേറ്റ് Meditation ഒക്കെ ചെയ്തോണ്ടിരുന്ന ആളാ.... Bt ഇപ്പൊ ഒരു 3 months Late Wake-up ആണ് 🥲 തീരെ productive mind അല്ല. ഭയങ്കര മടി എന്ത് ചെയ്യാനും. എല്ലാത്തിൽന്നും ഒന്ന് പുറകോട്ട് പോകുന്ന പോലെ. നാളെ മുതൽ എന്റെ old healthy routine restart ചെയ്യാൻ തന്നെയാ ഞാൻ plan ചെയ്യുന്നത് 🙌🏻 അതുകൊണ്ടാ ഇന്നിപ്പോ ഞാൻ ഈ video വരെ എത്തിയത്😊😊 Bcoz I'm missing that old me...🥀 Thnq Broh❤️⭐️🙌🏻

Bro ഞാൻ alarm അടിക്കുന്നത് കേൾക്കാറില്ല അത് എന്താണ് എന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ 4.30 ന് alarm വെച്ചിട്ട് 5.15 നു അമ്മാമ വന്നു വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആണ് alarm off ചെയ്തത്. ഇത് ഏതാണെന്ന് ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തരോ .hmmm എൻ്റെ ഒരു അവസ്ഥ 😢
