Hello Friends!
This week I am making the 1883 Tail Bodice from Truly Victorian for my Merida Bustle Dress. A few of us are creating Historical Disney Princesses in the eras that we like the best and I have chosen Disney's Merida, from the movie Brave, as my princess of choice! If you have any Historical Disney costumes that you have made, please do send them to me on Instagram and I would be more than excited to share them! The bodice took me about a week of straight work to get to this point and it does still need a few details taken care of, but the main construction is all done! I hope that you enjoy!
This historical Disney Cosplay is Merida and I will be doing it in conjunction with a bunch of my friends, who all wanted to do some cool Disney costumes together and see how they would turn out. We all decided to update our princess or villain of choice to our favorite eras, for the most part. If you have a historical Disney Costume, I would absolutely love to see it and post about it, so feel free to send it on over to me!
If you'd like to see more Historical Disney Princesses and Villains, you can check out my pals channels and they will be updating soon with theirs as well!
