I loved this (also digging it up from years ago). I resonated with a lot of it. I’ve also found a helpful reminder (re. making the positive choices), that you’re always 3 things away from your “happy/happier” life. That might be clearing your credit card, getting a different job, moving etc. they can seem so daunting and far away, but when you realise it’s just 3 “steps” (and think of all the steps you’ve made to date!) it really helps put things in slightly sunnier perspective (as well as appreciating all the small things Ryan mentioned at the beginning). Thanks as ever x

The world feels so lonely. Truthfully going to coffee shops helped me so much, just a sweet interaction and smile from the cashier and a warm latte. I also normally vent on a discord server called Haven, even if nobody helps, I *try* to find someone online who also feels the same as me. We got this

Remember ot make time for yourself! Not your apartment or your bank account, but just. for. YOU. To connect with yourself and others. Even a little. I'm glad to see you again like I said!

I have very little time to even give to myself. Some days of the week I'm up around 6:30am and arriving at home 1am the next day with a very short break at home in between. But I do appreciate the moments I have to rest.

I love the journal idea of having two journals and writing in one for the negative thoughts and then immediately writing in the other for the positive thoughts. I’m going to try that.

You are very confident that you took action and use this platfoarm by being who you are presented as your true self.Quite less people do this to show who really they are and what they are going through they share their feelings.Thank You,I helped me a lot I am going through this these days.

Please don’t ever feel the need to apologize for “rambling”. You sharing your heart and thoughts…is why we follow you!! 💖💖 Edit: it might be unkind to speak for others so let me rephrase… it’s why I follow you. ☺️🥰

It’s weird how I was just having this same thought, didn’t search for it and just happened upon your video which had only been posted 1 hour earlier. What a bizarre coincidence. Anyway, thanks for making this.

Hey, no one talks to me either. They talk at me, but no one listens. I was thinking about this last night, I was isolated at eleven, I was isolated when I was 18, I was isolated at 30, and I am still isolated at 67. It is not your fault, it is not my fault, the world we share is not always forgiving or accepting of difference. Regardless, I do stuff and the good things are passing, everything will pass. Life is moving and demands action. I really wish I could have been there when this live session was on, but we have time differences. As you have found it is about finding something absorbing to do whether others come in is not essential. Others can load a lot of baggage on you. Take it from an older gay man with autism, find something to do, and let stuff go. Ageing well it about making life work by letting stuff go.
