the way someone looks when they lift a certain amount of weight depends on a lot of things like height and wether they have taken steroids.... In andrew's case he is 6'3" and weighs 200 pounds which means he isnt going to look like a 5'9" bodybuilder who takes tren to weigh 200 pounds and benches 315.... Andrew tate was a light heavyweight kickboxer... Lightheavyweights are typically very large fighters most fighters you see in the lightheavyweight and heavyweight division are massive in size guys like Andew Tate, Francis Ngannou, Jon Jones, Muhammad Ali, ect. would blow average boydbuilders benhc PRs out the water because they are all like 200+ pounds and lean

@@TheGOAT-dr1sq Ali had his mass in the legs, if anything it would be George Foreman from that era who had a powerful upper body with thick bones. besides, most boxers don't bench, last time i saw a guy asking Mike Tyson how much he benches and Tyson doesn't know because he doesn't perform this exercise
@TheGOAT-dr1sq

@@funkydown old school boxers usually did body weight exercises although some stages of their career they lifted weights (Mike Tyson on interview with fight camp said he lifted weights) anyways it’s clear just by looking at them they have significant amount of upper body development if they were to hypothetically try to 1 rep max their bench press they would probably do around 300 pounds…. Heavyweights are really big…. George Foreman and Ali had similar bodies the reason Foreman hit so much harder was because of his style and explosiveness…. Ali was an outboxer which emphasized foot work and floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee…. Whereas Foreman was a slugger who relied on his power of Ali boxed in a different style we may have seen him hit harder but he didn’t he was an out boxer
