❗️ Face pigmentation happens due to many contributing factors, amongst them sun damage, hereditary traits and hormonal imbalances, so if you are already addressing the sun protection, skincare and diet and you’re not seeing results, then directly working with your facial skin, using massage and muscle movement, could be the missing link in making a difference to the reduction of pigmentation.
➡️ In this video, we will focus on the main key aspect when working with face pigmentation and that is to increase blood circulation to the skin and muscles of the face. Why? Because The research shows that Skin pigmentation can be significantly improved with face massage techniques that stimulate and increase blood flow in the skin.
✅ The warm up will consist of strengthening exercises to gently start contracting the muscles to wake them up, and also to start increasing the blood flow. We will then follow up with the face massage working directly on the areas that are prone to pigmentation, such as cheeks, under eyes, temples, jawline. You will need face oil for the massage, for best results I would recommend Rosehip seed oil, carrot seed oil or sea buckthorn oil which are considered the best for reducing pigmentation.
