It’s the same way Hogan and Woods could be precise. Following the routines and counting to oneself as mantra shuts off all internal thoughts that can sidetrack you. You’ll be focused on the task and allow the brain to do it’s work without that nagging inner voice interfering. You’ll know when you achieve the state. You suddenly can’t miss.
It’s takes mental practice but we all have the innate ability to do it. It’s very real.
