Today we share a recipe for a creamy Italian four-cheese sauce or "salsa ai quattro formaggi", works great on any type of pasta or gnocchi but it works perfect on short shapes, like penne, farfalle, or shells.
Ingredients
- Milk 500 Ml.
- All Purpose Flour 40 Gr.
- Butter 40 Gr.
- Heavy cream 100 Ml.
- Cheddar Cheese 60 gr.
- Mozzarella Cheese 60 gr.
- Parmesan 60 gr.
- Blue Cheese 20 gr.
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt 1 Tsp.
