Just started calistenics, do you have any advice? I am almost to an unasisted muscle up but can't seem to get past a minor band assist. Also, do you have any advice for shoulder growth? I think that my shoulders may be holding me back from completing my first muscleup.

focus on building consistency in the basic things: sleep, warm-up, nutrition, etc. For muscle-up, weighted pull-ups or explosive pull-ups can be helpful. And please clarify which shoulder muscle you're talking about.
