焦糖布甸(4個)
焦糖醬:
砂糖 30g
凍水 3湯匙
熱水 2湯匙
布甸:
砂糖 35g
雞蛋 2隻
蛋黃 1隻
牛奶 250g
雲呢拿香油 10滴
✅預熱焗爐140度,隔熱水焗40分鐘
*製作焦糖醬時,加熱過程不要攪拌,否則糖會結成硬塊
*每個焗爐嘅爐溫都唔同,需要時自行調節5至10分鐘
*記得用錫紙蓋住
Caramel Pudding(4 servings)
Caramel Sauce:
Sugar 30g
Cold water 3 tbsp
Hot water 2 tbsp
Pudding :
Sugar 35g
Eggs 2
Egg yolk 1
Milk 250g
Vanilla essence 10 drops
✅ Preheat oven to 140°C, bake in a water bath for 40 minutes.
*When making the caramel sauce, do not stir during the heating process, or the sugar will form hard lumps.
*Oven temperatures may vary, so you may need to adjust the baking time by 5-10 minutes.
*Remember to cover with aluminum foil.
