want to lower your TG and HBA1C, the most effective way is to cut down your sugar and carbohydrate intake. (fish oil does not really help )personal opinion

@@michaelchang2850 Hi, yes of course the good control of blood sugar level highly helps in minimising the risk of blood vessel inflammation and TG level. Especially refined sugar. Supplements are more on prevention side and supporting elements. Thanks for your sharing👍🏻

Hi. Since we look up to the omega-3 of fish oil, you may take flaxseed oil which is also high in omega-3 as another option for your vegan menu💪🏻

@@rphliming actually I'm not vegetarian, I'm just cannot or hard to swallow the big capsule of fish oil, that's y looking for alternative from vegetarian side. 😅😅
