Thank you so much. I have been searching the way to make Sakadane with no discard, finally I found you ^^. May I ask you how to use this Sakadane to make bread? Does it need to make levain or any kind of pre-ferment? (I normally use my sakadane 10-15% of bread flour with straight dough method.
