Good workout ladies, I would give just a couple tips of advice. #1 being that the most muscle you are trying to build comes from going to absolute failure. In the first clip, the girl in the green was on her last rep, and it looks like she's getting it up, but slowly. The spotter than grabs the bar and lifts it for her. The spotter should only really pop in when the bar starts to lower (showing that you dont have the power to fully get it up), but not when the bar is going up (slowly), because thats where the 'going to failure' comes in. Its supposed to be very hard to get that last rep. Also, try to keep your feet flat on the floor when benching. Having your feet flat, allows you to activate your core easier and allows you to get more strength into each rep. Last tip, for the incline dumbell presses, I really would recommend finding a weight where you can consistently get 10-12 reps in. I'm not saying less reps is bad, but the science really pushes for a 10-12 rep range on average... Less reps for a higher weight is TOTALLY FINE - within reason. Keep grinding, awesome video
