Ingredients:
Bottle Guard / Lauki - 700 - 800 gm
Asfotedia / Hing - 1/4th tsp
Tej Patta - 1-2
Jeera / Cumin - ½ tsp
Moti elaichi - 2 crushed
Cinamom /Dalchini - 1 small piece
Laung / Clove - 2
Saunf / Fennel Powder - 3 tsp
Green Cardomom - 2-3 crushed
Sunth / Ginger Powder - 1/4th tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Salt as per taste
Yogurt - 400 gm
Water - 1 small glass (depends on consistency)
Oil
Ghee 1 tbs
Dry mint powder -1/4th tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
