Lotus Stem - 250 gms
Asafoetida/Hing - 1/4th tsp
Cumin/Jeera - ½ tsp
Black cardamom - 1
Clove - 2
Turmeric / Haldi - 1 tsp
Ginger Powder / Sunth Powder - 1/4th tsp
Fennel powder - ½ tsp
Salt as per taste
3/4th cup milk
