Today we're going to cook together one of the most popular dishes in Korea, jeyuk bokkeum, spicy pork with Korean vegetables.
If you go to South Korea or know Koreans, you are bound to eat this dish. It is found in restaurants, canteens ... and since it is a super simple recipe, it is very often prepared at home! 😁
The principle is well-cooked, tasty pork and lots of vegetables. And also a lot of peppers to spice it up. But don't worry, my version is reasonable in chili.
So I present to you my family recipe with a super tender pork and a cooking only based on vegetable juice.

🍖 INGREDIENTS (for 4 parts).
1k boneless pork loin
¼ white cabbage
1 onion
1 carrot
1 leek white (about 20cm)
3 tbsp Gochujang Korean chili paste
2 tbsp of Korean gochugaru pepper powder
7 tbsp of salty soy sauce
2 tbsp of anchovy sauce
10 cl of gin or soju
3 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp of sugar
A little vegetable oil
