重要事情提提你 助你成功小提示:
1/如買回來的無糖豆漿,若果還差幾十毫升才足1000毫升,也沒太大問題的,不用刻意補回水份!因為少幾十毫升的豆漿,對於豆腐花的成形沒有太大影響的,不用太擔心。
2/ 將豆漿拉高撞落去!一定要拉高撞,撞出來的豆花才均勻和滑口!
3/ 豆漿撞完後,會產大量空氣泡,我做的時候泡泡自行消失,如你看見它們還沒有消失,立即用匙羹撈走浮面的空氣泡(要快手),才鋪上廚房紙和蓋上飯煲蓋!

熟石膏粉一茶匙
