This same exact building also caught on fire about a year ago. It was never actually fully repaired and from the outside looked completely abandoned. Weird, I wonder how it caught fire.

Considering it's been chilly in Southern California lately, I wouldn't be surprised if it was started by the homeless who had moved in there and had fires going to cook and warm themselves with. Sadly this is a scene that is all too familiar in so many areas lately.

@@lisalamour4909 it was originally a row of shops on ground floor and i guess storage above that had a fire in 2021 and was boarded up afterward ...my guess is either homeless trying to keep warm in there when fire started the 2nd time OR as its next to some new swanky apartment buildings on both sides (not saying it is but it does happen) could be arson as 2nd time a fire there and its prime real estate for the builders of said apartments to extend what they have onto the corner of the block ...but that's just me being cynical
California 1970: 77% whyte California 2020: 33% whyte Gee, I wonder if this has anything to do with the corresponding decrease in quality-of-life in the state... No, I'm sure it's completely unrelated!

Really? White people are causing this! I used to be homeless and it's a systematic think. It's created by selfish white people!!
