More on the way brother! Gonna drop em often. Seasonings are both from costco: Roasted Red Pepper & Clubhouse Montreal Steak Spice. Power shake has been out of the rotation for a couple years now, but might get back to it at some point. Post workout meal is always the one most subject to change for me. Thanks for watching bro!

yeah I addressed the caffeine intake after my post workout meal. It's very minimal. If I take pre, it's max half scoop. If no pre, 1 cup coffee for the day some days. So max 150mg caffeine daily, which has basically no adverse effects whatsoever and I still cycle off entirely from time to time. Healthy relationship with caffeine has been achieved ✅

You say it with compassion, but also with your own limited perception and experience, and therefor with ignorance. Caffeine didn't ruin your life, you let caffeine ruin your life. The person who is fat blames fast food, but I eat fast food and am 100x healthier and never fat. You are not stating truth, you are projecting your limited idea of truth without having yet explored all nuance that exists to truly contextualize truth. That said, I do hope (and expect) you will eventually learn that caffeine is not inherently bad (green and black tea, some of the healthiest substances a human being can consume even contain it), but rather your past poor control over said caffeine is what resulted in negative consequences. Until then, it sounds like you should stay away from it.@@BLUE20456
