Leg behind the back, or behind the head, aka Eka Pada Sirsasana, is a very challenging asana, that requires daily practice. I took me several months only to be able to put my leg behind the back, and years to get comfortable there.
At first, I felt like my legs were too fat, my belly too big, and my body inadequate. But, the practice showed me, I am perfect as I am and I just needed to educate my body.
