Note: This was for experimental purposes only. Tepache is always fermented with wild yeast and typically uses clove. I didn’t want to take any risks with wild yeast and I didn’t want my brew to taste like clove.
Some may not call this a true tepache and I wouldn’t argue with that. However, there are a million recipes and versions out there.
