For someone who's had personal struggles in dealing with social anxiety, I know all too well that trying everything to stop it only adds to the suffering. This type of therapy of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) I have found to be the most beneficial at HANDLING anxiety....Not getting rid of it! I say this because anxiety is natural and the more we don't want it or like it, paradoxically the more we get😵💫 Healing comes from loving and accepting ALL parts of ourselves❤️
