When is comes to weight loss, its a marathon not a sprint. Losing weight at a slow and consistent rate will help your body to be able to regulate it better and not have you gain it all back. Your cravings will be down, and you'll learn to appreciate the process.
I recommend tracking your progress in some way, progress photos, strength gains, measurements, or my favorite, choosing a piece of clothing you want to fit into.
We're not aiming for perfection ever. its not attainable. we aim for 80%.
Eat the same foods 5 days a week and leave 2 days up to whatever you feel in the moment, this is the easiest way to improve every day.
When first starting your workout journey i recommend doing 1 day less then what you think you can do. do that for a few months until you prioritize it more then add another day. it will slowly become more of who you are and become more important.
