INGREDIENTS
500 gms. mangoes, peeled & diced 1/4 tsp. mustard seeds
1 mango, peeled & grated 1/4 tsp. fenugreek seeds
2 red chillis 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
60 gms. chilli powder 100 gms. salt
60 gms. garlic paste 20 gms. ginger paste
1/2 tbs mustard powder 1/2 tbs. fenugreek powder
1/2 tbs. cumin seed powder 250 ml oil
METHOD
Heat oil, add 2 red chillis, fenugreek, mustard and cumin seeds. When they splutter, switch of the flame and add ginger - garlic paste and saute' till they turn pink. Set to cool. Add rest of the ingredients, cover the container with a cloth and set aside for a day. Store in glass/ porcelain jar.
