A traditional mamaliga made in a cauldron, or pot with boiled potatoes. A recipe that you can pair with: mamaliga with cheese, mamaliga with meat, with baked cheese, with cheese and sour cream, with lard, with sausages, with milk, and even mamaliga with garlic sauce.
Mamaliga is the most versatile food and goes with absolutely anything. This traditional dish can even become a dessert.
