I've had crazy bicep pain especially in my Left arm for a year and this helps tremendously. I'm also hyper mobile with weak joints.

Dear Dr. Schroetke, what is the treatment for posterior elbow impingement (acquired during the often repeated shoulder extension stretch, as shown in another video of yours actually. I mean shoulder extension is a great stretch, but it seems, on the other hand, one should be careful not to overload his elbows at the same time..)? How can one fix this problem on his own? Are rest and maybe anti inflammatories enough? Would you suggest some kind of stretch or exercise for rehab? Since I really appreciate your videos for the knowledge you spread, I’m really looking forward to get an answer to my question from you in order to cure my elbow, thank you a lot in advance!!!

My pain is coming everyday from having to use a weed eater. Is it better to have my elbow locked out or bent when I’m using it. I have to multiple hours a day for work

It’s getting worse as I stretch it out (it pops when I stretch it all the way out like my elbow stretches too far or something) and now when I go in my elbow keeps popping n the area where it hurts is getting hot n warming up but everywhere else is normal temp. (Pain on the side of the elbow facing outside the body, but it’s not the bone itself it’s the tender part)

My issue is more in the distal tendon area and it's a constant bother since I haven't been able to have full extension in years due to mma training, i.e armbars

What happens after you try 3-4 sets of 10-15 of this exercise. Does it have any effect?

@@physicaltherapyhandclinico9074 its been like this for years, it's sore, since trying this when I wake up in the morning, the bicep elbow area doesn't bother, did see a physical therapist couple years ago and he said my arms may not go back to normal 🤷🏿♂️
