Most people get better using one of the exercises from videos 1 & 2 (Elbow Extension or Loaded Elbow Extension). But if you either did not respond or plateaued using one of those exercises, then this will likely be a good exercise for you.
Perform 10-15 repetitions every 3-4 hours or as needed for pain
