Our body often alerts us to things that are wrong through pain, aches and discomfort. These sensations can be loud, strong and uncomfortable in order for us to take notice. How often do we take time to notice the good, the pleasant and comfortable sensations? Admittedly, we have a natural negativity bias that has us leaning towards what might go wrong or what has gone wrong, but it would benefit us to balance this out to notice the positive. Pleasant and comfortable sensations may take on a more subtle form, so we have to spend time to discover them and then take the time to rest in them. Join us in this 'discovering the good' body scan.
