Here is my Mini Trampoline Rebounder HIIT Workout. In this fun and challenging High-Intensity Interval Workout, we will be working for 30 secs with 10 secs of active rest. We have 9 circuits with 1 move in each circuit. We will repeat each move twice with a sprint in between. Have FUN and take breaks at any time!:) Remember to keep your core tight and to push down into the rebounder! :)
