Rebounder HIIT Cardio Tabata // Beginner Trampoline Workout set on Sunset Beach in Vancouver BC. In this low impact high intensity cardio workout, we will be working for 20 secs and actively resting for 10 secs. We have 2 circuits with 8 moves and we will be repeating the circuits 2 times through back to back. We will finish by running through all 8 moves one more time through. This is my variation of the traditional Tabata. For this workout to be effective, you want to be out of breath at the end of the 20 secs. Challenge yourself by pushing down into the trampoline, tighten your core and tense your upper body. Most importantly pay attention to your form and move in good alignment!
