great design on that boat! I like the side storage and the use of the seats as storage. Aluminum framing is the way to go. I plan to incorporate some of your side storage design in mine. Thanks for showcasing!

Nice man. You'll love it even more when u get that 9.9. I have a 12'er flat bottom, had a 4 hp an upgraded to a 9.8 Merc. Huge difference!! An It'll be even better with that Minn Kota. Good luck

Just a comment about live wells. I am not sure how / who started to make live wells as recirculating pumps, but when closed, there is only a finite amount of oxygen in the water and air in your live well (if you never open the lid). I find they use a lot of battery and fish can easily die in the run of the day (this is why you need to have additives to keep your fish alive).

definatly work for that 9.9 hp outboard get a suzuki u wont regret it. 2.5 hp motors are slow enough i cant imagine how slow it is with all the aluminum frame and other extras you put in there. i would even consider getting a 15 hp if u got the money
