Similar to mine. I like to do that crunch on a declined bench, and then I do leg raises from my pull up bar… also the McGill Big 3 and planks…. But the first two bring out the aesthetics. Regardless, as you said, the diet is the most important. Cool insight on your ab training bro

Oh yeah, it would be really solid on a decline bench. I don’t have one that would work for abs unfortunately. What are the McGill big three? I feel like I vaguely remember side planks being one of them? For building the quadratus lumborum?

Yeah, 100%. The diet is most of it. There’s only so much you can really grow your abs. Just for that extra blockiness. Glad you liked the video! Appreciate the support!

I do a couple sets for abs for 3-4 times per week. But I know some people train them every day. They seem to recover quick. Sorry about the math portion :(
