jawyria khan yeas it is true!❤ you just need to limit your meal and make it healthier and stay away from pastries and fast foods and play sports! I do 4 sets of low impact exercises and 1 hour and a half walking . You will see the difference.😊❤

Hi Joanna, so I live in the Philippines and School is getting pretty tough, I get tired often so my workout lessen and lessen, I'm 15, what should I do?? 😭😭 My waistline is 28 I feel so fat 😭, and why does my lower belly never flattens even though I did all the exercise you do to treat it last month every single day. I think you should take some pressure off your body. Your body is working really hard to take care of you and keep you ALIVE. So, don't be hard on your body. I think what is getting to you the most is school, like you just mentioned, so, you need to look at your school schedule and write down what's taking up most of your time. Once you have that written down you need to work on finding ways that can help with your homework, school activities, etc... Like studying with a dedicated study group, finding a tutor, talk to your teachers about what you are going through and ask for their help. Write down what activities you are wasting your time on, like watching excessive amounts of TV, hanging out with friends when you should be studying, not getting enough sleep and staying up late because of poor time management with school. Once you've written those things down CUT them out. You don't have to follow what I say exactly! Managing your time is a lot of trial and error. However, how you spend your days and weeks written down gives you a good estimate of where your time is being spent and how you can correct it to incorporate school and workout time. And Yes! You can find ways to have free time to take a mid-morning or afternoon nap or hangout with friends for 2-3 hours on the weekends and getting back home to do school work, eat dinner, meditate on your goals and get a good night rest. Good luck to you and remember to start focusing on changing one area of your life at a time. Don't change everything at once because you'll get overwhelmed. Tiffany Evano Girl, you are beautiful the way you are! It's great you're wanting to be fit! But remember to keep loving yourself throughout your fitness journey :) Diet is key to everything (Not going on a diet, but a change in your daily eating habits). That will definitely help flatten your stomach. Eat nourishing whole foods that are minimally processed. Also, try to not be super stressed out! That can make reaching your fitness goals harder! Hi Lucy, haha, yes that was a video I did 4 years ago. I believe that eating habits really comes down to what's most convenient. If you can fit in 5 - 6 smaller meals and it helps with your energy level throughout the day, then do that. But if it's just not convenient to eat that way, 3 larger meals would be equally as healthy. Nowadays, I do 3 larger meals and sometimes 1 small snack in between. I hope this helps. xx

I don't understand one thing..The workouts are very intense and they are definitely not for beginners..you have to be atleast 50% fit to start these..so what exercises are there for beginners..say 25kg overweight .In gym from the day 1 trainer is asking my friend to jump..it's not possible and medically correct also.. So can you please upload some videos or exercises to start for a 25 kg overweight woman so that she can atleast start.

Hi Ishrat, I do understand that we all want quick results and fast solutions. The truth is that, if you want something bad enough, you have to be willing to put in the hard work, the pain, the commitment, the sweat to achieve it. More than just losing weight, you want to be able to sustain it FOR LIFE! The safe and sustainable weight loss is between 0.5 - 1kg per week. That comes with exercising regularly and eating well. Our lifestyle doesn't change overnight, it takes time to get rid of the old habits and pick up new ones. I hope that you'll look at your fitness journey as a lifestyle, something you'd want to adopt for a long time, not just a quick temporary goal to achieve. =)

I don't just want to look great, I want a fit body along with a very good health. With that being said I wanted to know things like how long should I be working out? Haha! Most of us don't start of enjoying healthy food. it's like we have to retrain our palette again. It takes time, but eventually we would care for our body and wouldn't want to feed it with bad stuff. You can do these workouts at home using a dumbbell or make your own dumbbell. =)

I religiously follow warmup(your warm-up exercise video), cardio(alternate), strength(alternate, based on your videos) followed by cool down stretches(ur cool down stretches). Thank you for being my inspiration. I am a beginner and your videos truly help me a lot. I love that you have started incorporating yoga videos as well. In ur earlier videos u mentioned about pump-up, but I can't find ur workouts there. Is there any other app follow to track ur workout? It will be great if you can recommend some good one.
