Who doesn't love a good fried fish? In this video, I want to share with you how to make fried fish the Myanmar or Burmese way.
Use any fish of your choice. Then add few simple spices such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper to season it. Less is more and simplicity is the key here. It's just simple ingredients ... but it is so flavorful ... you'll love the Myanmar way of seasoning fish! You can add a touch of corn starch to coat the fish and give it a little crunch but that's optional.
