Enjoy this stir fry noodle recipe with lots of vegetables.
Noodles: Use any type of noodles you like. If it is dried noodles, boil just until it is cooked but still firm. Then add some dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sesame oil to the noodles and set aside, and let it cool.
Vegetables: Use your favorite vegetables. Make sure your selection is colorful and cut the veggies into bite size chunks to that it incorporates well with your noodles.
Seasoning: Soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper to taste.
All you need to do is stir-fry the vegetables, add noodles and season it to taste and serve it with your favorite sauces to elevate the flavor.
