Have you tried to hook into the righting line with your trapeze harness? If your weight is not enough you can use a waterproof bag filled with water to hang over your shoulder. Thats the standard solution in regatta sailing if your to light for the boat you are sailing. Anyway, I like your idea but I am not too sure if its safe.

Do you know how much weight is generally needed to right a 6.0?

I turtled my 5.8 solo in 10 ft seas, took me an hr to get it upright again... kinda had to do it mostly from the stern and use the swells to help

what material did you use for the bar? seems to be some sort of plastic? I really like the solution and would like to try it on an F18.

Did you try your solution with some more wind & waves? I have a Nacra 5.7 and constructed a frame under the trampolin that can be moved out.

Mot very instructional! Ever considered doing some editing. Because the camera is not close enough to see. And since you didn’t do a voice over, no one knows for sure what you’ve done to right the boat. If your intent is to be of help try editing your vids.

Why not simply hook a rope on the trapeze line? Now, you are pulling from the top of the mast. I do that on my boat and it is very easy, even solo.
