@BeastNationXIV
8 жыл бұрын
Josh Brook Do you know what it means for one thing to put another to shame? It basically means to upstage it to the point of ridicule. So now to put this meaning into context for you, I said in my original comment that this "Foul Breeze" mix is much better than the "New York Shit" track that Busta Rhymes released using the same "Faded Lady" sample. The beat, the lyrics, the entire concept is better. Busta Rhymes, one of my absolute favorite artists, did a good job on the original track he did with SwissBeatz, but this track is simply better. In that comment and context, what about this makes you think I'm "hating"? It doesn't matter what made you think that, because it is irrelevant due to your lack of understanding. You would much rather obsess about who's "hating" and whose "dick" someone is "riding" because they show support for one artist over another. Rather than letting someone enjoy the music they're listening to, you'd rather cause problems and go back and forth with people. I have neither the interest nor the time to go back and forth with you over this bullshit. So as of now, our interaction is done. You get nothing. You lose. Good day sir.

what is Nasir's message? I think it's all about being a social outcast, you are born to a color where society puts you at a disadvantage. You didn't choose it, it was predetermined from the day you were old enough to read. Thinking about it is pretty enraging, considering the history behind the same society which oppressed your people, and I think that it's about living on a man's own terms, regardless of the writings set by society.

I had to listen to this song several times to really catch where the chorus begins and ends. The chorus actually changes throughout the song, wow. 🤯 and that last verse was super deep. Nas is the greatest rapper ever.
