Here Ed cooks up an American pale ale using our new Ss Brewtech InfuSsion Mash Tun and Blichmann Engineering Therminator. We're really impressed by the performance of both, particularly the Therminator - Ed wasn't ready for how quickly that thing cools wort!

Mash temp 64°C (147°F) for 60 mins
Mashout temp 75°C (167°F) for 10 mins

Pilsner Malt 5714g (202oz)
Munich Malt 1142g (40oz)
Crystal Malt 572g (20oz)
Pale Wheat Malt 572g (20oz)

Perle 28g (1oz) at 60 mins
Perle 22g (0.8oz) at 30 mins
Perle 14g (0.5oz) at 10 mins
Citra 14g (0.5oz) at 5 mins
Simcoe 14g (0.5oz) at 5 mins
Citra 35g (1.25oz) at 0 mins
Simcoe 56g (2oz) at 0 mins
Dry hopped with Citra 35g (1.25oz) and Simcoe 35g (1.25oz)
