This quiet at-home workout involves no jumping. If you have downstairs neighbors this is the perfect, quick total-body burn.
It's broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises for 30 seconds each, then rest for 30 seconds. So think of it as 90 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest. Complete three sets of each circuit.
