These bring back such memories. I’m Neapolitan and these are made very similar to the Neapolitan type. The best ones I’ve ever had however, were made by a friend who visited one Christmas. He had a recipe given him from a woman from Bologna. They were very fine and light. No wine but absinthe was used and fried in lard.

Dalle mie parti in Campania, le chiamano “Chiacchiere”. Ma poi, come anche lei dice nel video, e come tra l’altro avviene ad esempio con determinati piatti di pasta o altri tipi di piatti, in ogni zona o regione, può assumere un nome diverso. PS: Interessante quel grembiule che ha indossato, così magari mentre aspetta ad esempio che esca qualcosa dal forno o sta cucinando qualcosa in pentola, può anche leggere qualche articolo. 😊
